Sting singing one of my favourite songs ever, exquisite "FIELDS OF GOLD" (1993, album "Ten Summoner's Tales"). Closing night of the London dates of the "Back to Bass" Tour at the HMV Hammersmith Apollo on Wednesday 21 March 2012. For the following song ("Sacred Love") that the 2nd chat refers to, have a look at my previous uploaded video that includes it. It's a shame my camera's battery doesn't last enough, so I must sacrifice songs that I truly love too... :_( "FIELDS OF GOLD" is a song that I loved so much all my life, one of my all-time favourites, and for sure my Sting's favourite ("Every Breath You Take" is of course also my fav...but as it is by The Police both win the prize I guess). I wanted to seize the moment and stay there forever. I could not believe it was actually happening: Sting singing "FIELDS OF GOLD" there in front of me. I cannot describe how happy I felt. The 1st time ever that I experienced it was 2 days before, on Monday, and it was so great that I HAD TO come back for the closing. THANKS GOD again and again so much for this. For me, this is happiness = LIFE. The very second time after Monday that I could attend a Sting's concert, having grown up with and loved his music all my life, I enjoyed it SO much, one of the happiest days of my life. A dream come true, I'll never forget it and I hope there are many more to come. Back to Bass, back to basics. He didn't need anything else but a bare stage and 5 more 1st-class musicians.
